“There are no
problems to be solved just more truths to be revealed” –advice given to Jeff
Van Dyke by a friend
Have you ever had the experience when you just do not get a
concept? Someone is trying to explain
something to you and you are just not seeing it. They try again and again but you still do not
see it.
Maybe there is a spark from something they said OR a
momentary pause and all of a sudden BAAM! you see it. It was obvious and right in front of
you.
BUT now that you have seen the solution to the problem, you
are left to wonder why you didn’t see it before. It is so obvious now. It is a truth that has been revealed.
Onto another problem… without a pause we move on and except
it as the norm. Maybe a better attitude
is to sit and marvel at the new truth and find other areas where it can be
applied.
Today’s question is:
“How do you capture
truths learned?”
