     Make a clean  break from anxiety - by Cash Peters

The author describes a technique he used to get rid of fear of doing things.  He decided to:
      Say YES to everything for the next 12 months
      - no messing
      - no second thoughts
      - everything that wasn't harmful
      - or life threatening

WOW!
