"Fast and roughly right decision-making will replace deliberations that are precise but slow"- Rita Gunther McGrath
I am not a perfectionist. Sometimes I do take time to make up my mind but that is unusual. I can be swayed by a good argument because I believe that I am wrong until proven otherwise.
From my recent readings on decision making, we should always make sure we have at least two good options to choose from and towards which we are not biased. But once we have those two choices then we need to pull the trigger and make a decision.
The decision that we make will at times need adjusting but we should believe enough in ourselves that we can make those adjustments. The key words in this quote us to aim for a fast decision that is "roughly right " and proceed.
Today's question is:
"How do you make your decisions fast and roughly right?"
