Eight entrepreneurship dimension according to EDP is being Focused on the Future.
While driving it is natural to look back once in a while. These times are usually during transitions from one lane to another or to verify that no policemen is following.
Looking back is necessary but it takes away out focus from the direction we are moving on. Often times looking back is done to review past errors and to make sure we do not repeat the mistake.
I believe that a better strategy is to create smaller steps and milestone targets towards our goal. Once in a while look back and establish where we had gone without conflict. But keep moving forward at least 80 percent of the time.
