I have never filled the yes man position too well. Why? I like to think for myself.
Third out of fourteen entrepreneurship dimensions is being a Nonconformist.
It is amazing to me how corporate cultures tend to breed conformity. Many bosses usually want their employees to not talk back and just follow orders just like the military.
Over time the people that get promoted are people that think alike. One day the CEO realizes that the company is trouble. When the CEO asks for new ideas all that CEO hears is an echo of his thoughts.
Today's question is:
"Are you a nonconformist?"
