A few posts ago, Day 61, I proposed assigning a happiness score to each day. Using this logic, a seven, 7, will be an average day.
Imagine it is early evening and you feel that the day was a 7. What can you do to make it better?
Several years ago, while sitting on a beach pondering, I concluded that for me creativity is what makes my day. If a day contains creativity then it was a great day.
If I want to improve my feelings toward a particular day all I have to do is do something creative before going to bed. Writing a post would be an example of something that would improve my day. It is creative and pleasurable.
Today's question is:
"What will it take to nudge your day to an 8?"
