I read this while reading a Jim Rohn article on not sending ducks to eagle school. It makes sense to me.
We all have some natural tendencies. If we can simply identify those in people, and especially ourselves, we would have a lot smoother path towards success.
For example, if we know that someone lies all of the time then the best thing we can do is to stop having that person in our life and especially in our business.
When leaders make announcement that they will NOT cut people and start the change process by cutting people then they are not to be trusted. This is how company cultures get destroyed.
Integrity is the gap between what we say and what we do.
